List payment methods

The main methods page only has the payment methods table that has:

ID
order
payment name
provider
Installment: a yes/no column
Exclusive: a yes/no column
An actions column that has the following:
- an edit method button
- an enable/disable method button
- A view installments button for methods that have installments

all payment methods are in the system the user can choose which to activate and deactivate the payment methods that can be integrated into the business. The user can't simply add a payment methods.
